You might be entering the wrong password or email address.
If you think that you're using the right email address, try this:
- Make sure your keyboard's CAPS LOCK isn't on.
- Try typing the password somewhere else where it is visible (such as Notepad), then copy/paste into the password field.
- Try to reset your password. Keep in mind, for security reasons, no withdrawals will be available for 24hrs after password recovery.
